Welcome to Libaslounges! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite traditional and contemporary outfits across Pakistan with care and speed. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Delivery Timelines

We try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

Note: Deliveries might be slightly delayed during peak festive seasons (like Eid), sales events, or due to unforeseen public holidays/weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email.

  • Orders are only processed after successful verification.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email/SMS so you can track your parcel's journey.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

To make shopping convenient for you, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Advance Payment: Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (details available at checkout).

Important COD Rule: As per courier company policies, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment to the rider. If you face any issue with the product after opening it, please contact our customer support immediately.

5. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order (change address/phone number/item), please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or changed.
